Three Sisters Village, Canmore
Welcome to Three Sisters!View Listings
Location: Situated Further south along Three Sisters Parkway from the earliest Three Sisters developments (Carey & the Homesteads): The three sisters communities are The Cairns, the Crossbow, and the centre of Three Sisters Mountain Village, including Dyrgas, Miskow, Hubman Landing, and Stewart Creek Landing. Construction in these areas generally began after 2002. Many units are still being built (after the market plummeted and the original developer went into receivership in 2009), and new developments are planned. Many of the streets are named after early settler and miner families while the area is named after the Three Sisters Mountains that stand as a gorgeous backdrop.
Building Mix: Home ownership options range from apartment style to townhouse condominiums, duplexes and to single-family dwellings, depending on one’s budget.
Amenities: There is an extensive network of paved paths plus many non-paved trails, one of which leads to the east end of Highline Trail. There is a Frisbee golf course set up on the green space. The Catholic Our Lady of the Snows School (with adjacent playing fields and playground) is located between Armstrong Place and Stewart Creek Drive, which leads to the Stewart Creek Golf Course. A small retail hub is on Dyrgas Gate.
